Speed without vague ownership
One accountable person. When something needs a decision, you know who makes it.
ANODA Loop is how I deliver software: AI agents draft, test and document; I stay in the loop on every step, deciding, reviewing and signing off. Nothing reaches you without my review.
Why this model
One accountable person. When something needs a decision, you know who makes it.
No account managers between you and the engineer. You talk to the person who writes and reviews the code.
Every output is reviewed before it moves forward. Agents never merge, deploy or send anything on their own.
Every change lands in a pull request with a description, linked to a task, so you can see what changed and why.
The Loop at work
Agents are good at producing first drafts quickly. Decisions, trade-offs and sign-off stay with me.
Agents do
Structure notes, tickets and existing docs into a draft spec.
I do
Clarify open questions with you and approve the spec.
Agents do
Propose options and a task breakdown.
I do
Choose the architecture and own the trade-offs.
Agents do
Write first drafts of code and tests in small pull requests.
I do
Review every line, refactor, and merge only what I would sign.
Agents do
Generate tests, run checks and draft documentation.
I do
Verify behaviour, edge cases and the handover notes.
Quality gates
A change is not done because it works on my machine. It is done when it passes every one of these.
AI makes drafting cheap. Review is where quality is decided, so that is where I spend my time.
Clear deliverables, timeline and price agreed up front.
Ongoing improvements, maintenance and support.
The Loop joins your process, your tools and your reviews.
First drafts often are. The code you receive is code I have read, changed where needed and approved. I would not merge anything I could not explain line by line.
I am. ANODA Loop is a way of working, not a way of sharing blame. You have one accountable engineer and a contract with ANODA.
No. Secrets, keys and production credentials never go into prompts, and agents do not get access to your production systems.
It is usually faster for the same senior oversight, which matters more than the hourly rate. Pricing is agreed per engagement; I do not promise percentages.
