Frequently asked questions

Do I have to change my bookkeeping program?

No. ANODA Cycle prepares the work order and the invoice, and fiscalization and bookkeeping go through the program you already use. We agree on how to connect them at the demo.

What if the technician has no signal?

The app works without signal. Checks, parts, photos and the signature are kept on the phone and sent as soon as the network is back.

Can we use the GPS trackers we already have in our vans?

If your GPS provider offers access to the data, we connect it. Otherwise the location comes from the technician's phone, during working hours only.

How do we move our existing data?

We import customers and devices from Excel or the program you use, with our help. You don't have to enter anything by hand.

Is ANODA Cycle right for my line of work?

If your devices have parts or inspections that repeat at intervals, yes: water filters, AC units, boilers, fire extinguishers, coffee machines and similar.
