This privacy policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit anoda.ba or contact me. The site collects very little, so the policy is short.
Controller
ANODA, Obrt za računalno programiranje
Owner: Alem Tatarević
Cazin, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Email: alem@anoda.ba
If you email me, I use your message and contact details only to reply and, if we work together, for the project. I keep them as long as needed for that, and for legal and accounting obligations.
Booking a call
The "Book a call" buttons are plain links that open Cal.com, an external scheduling service, on its own website. No Cal.com code runs on anoda.ba. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email address and the time you choose under its own privacy policy. I receive the booking details to hold the call.
Analytics
The site uses cookieless analytics that counts page views and a few button clicks. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not track you across other websites, so no consent banner is needed.
Embedded video
One page, the Harvest Tracking System case study, contains a YouTube video (a BHT1 news report). It is shown as a still image that is served from anoda.ba, and the video loads from YouTube only after you click play. From that moment YouTube's privacy policy applies. If you do not click, nothing is sent to YouTube.
Hosting
The hosting provider keeps server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a short period, for security purposes.
What I do not do
There are no advertising pixels on this site. I do not sell or share your data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To use any of these rights, email alem@anoda.ba.
